Man suffers injuries in stabbing attack
A 49-year-old man was stabbed in an attack on Saturday evening.
The victim was found injured in Lutyens Square in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, at about 21:45 BST.
He was taken to the nearby University Hospital of North Tees for treatment, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening, officers said.
Cleveland Police has launched an appeal for information and has asked witnesses to come forward.
